  1. Layer chocolate sponge and apply sugar syrup, layer one layer of whip cream and then sprinkle chopped cherry filling.

  2. Repeat the sponge and whip cream to make it 2 layers.

  3. Keep it in the freezer, then cut it into small pastry size and then sprinkle chocolate flakes.
