Clean, Cut and Boil all the vegetables and keep it aside.

Take a pan or Handi heat oil add garlic and ginger paste green chilli and cook it well and the add chop tomato gravy and cashew nut paste saute it .

Cook the masala well until it leave the oil. Add garam masala, chat masala, sugar and honey.

Add butter and Kasuri methi to it and cook for few minutes. Add fresh cream in to the gravy and let it cook for a minute add all the boiled vegetables, add salt as required.

Let it cook for few 2 -3 minutes. Remove from flame and garnish with fresh cream and coriander serve hot with roti or rice.
