VEGETABLE DUMPLING IN HOT GARLIC SAUCE

Instructions

  1. In chopper chop the peas and boiled carrots

  2. In mixing bowl add in potatoes, chopped carrots and peas, rice flour, bread crumbs, corn flour, black pepper and salt. Mix it with hands evenly Now make a reasonable sized balls

  3. Coat the dumplings in corn flour and deep fry them

  4. When the dumplings turns golden take them out on kitchen towel

  5. Now in sauce pan add 2 cups water and vegetable stock. Add chopped garlic

  6. Let it simmer for few minutes on slowest flame.

  7. Now add soya sauce, vinegar and hot sauce (if using chili past then add in this stage instead of hot sauce)

  8. In separate bowl mix corn flour with little water and add it in stock slowly by continuous stirring

  9. Set the flame on medium to high and let it cook

  10. When the sauce gets thick add the fried dumpling and pour some oil

  11. Simmer it for few minutes and serve
