Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil on high flame and saute garlic, ginger, basil and Thai red curry paste.

Further saute white part of spring onions and regular onion.

Now saute carrot, beans, cabbage, on high flame.

Additionally add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, sugar and salt. Saute on high flame.

Add cooked noodles.

Mix well making sure all the spices and sauce are coated well with noodles.

Further add green spring onions and sesame oil. Mix well.

Finally serve hot veg Thai noodles.
