Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil and saute garlic and spring onion.
Also, saute onion on high flame.
Further add carrot, cabbage, beans and capsicum.
Stir fry on high flame without overcooking vegetables.
Now add schezwan sauce (make sauce with above ingredient) and salt.
Stir fry for a minute making sure sauce is well combined.
Furthermore, add in cooked noodles and stir fry on high flame.
Mix until the sauce is well combined.
Finally, add spring onions and enjoy schezwan noodles.
