Firstly, in a large pan heat oil and stir fry clove garlic, ginger and chilli paste. Further carrot, cabbage and beans.

Stir fry for 2 minutes or until the veggies are half cooked. Add 4 cup water, soy sauce, vinegar.

Also, add pepper powder, sugar and salt. Boil for 3 minutes or until flavors is absorbed well.

Now prepare corn flour slurry by mixing corn flour in ¼ cup water. Pour the slurry into the soup and mix well.

Continue to boil for 2 more minutes or until soup thickens slightly. Finally, add chopped spring onion as garnish.
