  1. Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil on high flame and saute garlic, ginger and red chilli.

    Further saute white part of spring onions and regular onion.

    Now saute carrot, beans, cabbage, green capsicum, on high flame.

    Additionally add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, sugar and salt. Saute on high flame.

    Add cooked noodles.

    Mix well making sure all the spices and sauce are coated well with noodles.

    Further add green spring onions and chilli flakes. Mix well.

    Finally serve hot veg Hakka noodles.
