VEG BURNT CHILLY GARLIC NOODLES

  1. Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil, fry half of chopped garlic, keep aside then saute garlic, ginger and red chilli.

    Further saute white part of spring onions and regular onion.

    Now saute carrot, beans, cabbage, green capsicum, red capsicum on high flame.

    Additionally add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, sugar and salt. Saute on high flame.

    Add cooked noodles.

    Mix well making sure all the spices and sauce are coated well with noodles.

    Further add green spring onions and golden fried garlic Mix well.

    Finally serve hot burnt chilli garlic noodles.
