Dissolve corn flour in water and keep aside.

Chop carrot diagonally and par boil them.

Mix stock, salt, peppers, sugar and soya sauce and boil for 2 minutes.

Add cornflour paste, stirring continuously.

Add vegetables, mushroom and shredded chicken. Boil for another 5 minutes.

Add boiled noodles, remove from fire and serve hot.
