  1. First of all need to dry and roast all the masala like shallot, ginger, garlic, coconut powder, bay leaves, pepper corn, red Kashmiri chilli, sesame seed, cinnamon stick, curry leaves black cardamom and fennel, mix all the ingredient and need to dry roast and pan after that make it cool.

  2. Blend this mixture seed now put the oil and once it’s hot put mustard curry leaves and whole red chilli.

  3. Now take half of the cup .shallot and saute it for some time now add whole paste of that mixture what we made earlier and saute nicely.

  4. After that add all the boiled Vegetables in to this mixture and cook it well, it is the time when we need to add salt.

  5. Stir to cook well, add fresh coriander to the curry.
