SOYABEAN CHILLI

  1. Firstly, put the soyabean in hot water for a while, remove all the water and squeeze it nicely, then take corn flour, Maida, salt, pepper and broth powder. Then fry soyabean till light color. Keep aside.

  2. In a large kadai heat 2 tbsp. oil and saute 2 clove garlic, 1 chilli and white part of spring onion.

  3. Also, saute ½ onion and ½ capsicum on high flame for a minute.

  4. Further add 1 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp. tomato sauce, 2 tbsp. vinegar and 2 tbsp. soy sauce.

  5. Now add red chilli paste, pepper powder, salt, and sugar and stir fry.

  6. Prepare the corn flour slurry by mixing 1 tsp corn flour in 2 tbsp. water.

  7. Pour the corn flour slurry into the wok and mix continuously.

  8. Stir fry until the sauce turns glossy and thickens.

  9. Add in fried soyabean and chopped green spring onion. Mix well.
