SCHEZWAN VEGETABLES

  1. Boil the baby corns in the water and keep aside.

  2. Heat the oil in a wok, add green chillies and minced ginger and garlic.

  3. Saute for few seconds.

  4. Add all the vegetables. Add salt, red chilli sauce, soy sauce and sugar.

  5. Mix well and stir fry for few minutes until veggies are tender.

  6. Now add schezwan sauce.

  7. Cook just for a minute and mix the diluted corn flour along with the water.

  8. Also add pepper powder and vinegar.

  9. Toss and stir continuously.

  10. Cook for 2 more minutes and leave for few boils.

  11. Serve hot garnish with spring onion.
