  1. In a mixing bowl, add the Maida, corn flour, salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, and chilli sauce. Add very little water to make a smooth batter. This batter should not be too thick nor watery. Coat all the paneer fingers in this batter.

  2. In a deep frying pan, heat oil. When the oil is hot, deep fry the paneer fingers till crisp.
    Drain them on tissue paper and keep them aside.

  3. In a wide skillet, add oil. When the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic and green chillies.
    Fry it for a while. Then add onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, spring onion whites.
    Add little salt and toss them on high flame.

  4. Now bring the flame back to medium. Add all spices Soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper powder, sugar, and schezwan sauce. Now again bring the flame to high and toss these.

  5. Get the flame to medium. Let it cook for a while. Mix corn flour with water and add to the veggies. When it’s cooked, add the paneer fingers. Adjust the salt.
    Toss on high flame again. Garnish with spring onion greens.
