  1. Cream the cream cheese. Then fold whipped cream.

  2. Layer sponge and add cream cheese mix. Level it properly.

  3. Repeat the process one more time to make it 2 layer of sponge and cream

  4. Keep it in the freezer, cut the cake into small size pastry with hot knife. Garnish with red velvet crumbs.
