  1. Whip cream and then add raspberry filling.

  2. Layer sponge and apply sugar syrup then add raspberry cream. Level it properly.

  3. Repeat the process one more time to make it 2 layer of sponge and cream

  4. Keep it in the freezer, then apply little raspberry glaze on top and cut the cake into small size pastry with hot knife.
