  1. Whip cream and then add pistachio paste.

  2. Layer sponge and apply sugar syrup then add pistachio cream. Level it properly.

  3. Repeat the process one more time to make it 2 layer of sponge and pistachio cream

  4. Keep it in the freezer, then apply little chopped pistachio on top and cut the cake into small size pastry with hot knife.
