Instructions

  1. For sugar dough - cream butter and sugar, then add flour. Mix once and add milk.

  2. Keep this dough in refrigerator for set.

  3. Once set make thin sheet of the dough in a sheeter machine and transfer into the baking tray. Bake till half done.

  4. Mix all the ingredients of pie filling and transfer into the baked sugar dough tray.

  5. For crumble mix the ingredients and keep it aside. Sprinkle this crumble mix on top of the pie filling. Bake at 1800C for 35 to 45 minutes.

  6. Once cool down cut it into small pieces. Serve with icing sugar on top.
