  1. Whip cream and then add peach puree.

  2. Layer sponge and apply sugar syrup then add peach cream. Level it properly.

  3. Repeat the process one more time to make it 2 layer of sponge and cream

  4. Keep it in the freezer, then apply little peach glaze on top and cut the cake into small size pastry with hot knife.
