  1. Marinate the Paneer pieces with the above ingredients and roast in tandoor and keep aside.

  2. Now in a large pan or Handi heat butter and oil. Once the oil is hot add Jeera and roast until the Jeera turns aromatic.

  3. Further, add 1 onion followed by 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Sauté well. Also, add ½ capsicum and sauté for a minute without overcooking the capsicum.

  4. keeping the flame on low add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder and ½ tsp salt. roast in low flame.

  5. saute until the tomato puree thickens and oil is released from sides. further, add 3 tbsp water and mix well.

  6. add in roasted paneer pieces and mix gently. finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy tawa paneer recipe with roti.
