  1. In a large kadai heat 3 tsp oil and saute 2 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger and 1 green chilli on high flame also, saute ¼ onion and 2 tbsp spring onion on high flame add ¼ capsicum and continue to saute till they slightly change color.

  2. Add 2 tbsp. schezwan sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp sugar and ¼ tsp salt.

  3. Mix well and saute for a minute add corn flour slurry to prepare corn flour water mix 2 tsp of corn flour with ¼ cup of water.

  4. Give a good mix until the gravy slightly thickens and turns glossy. Now add fried paneer.

  5. Mix gently making sure the sauce has coated well uniformly.

  6. Transfer schezwan paneer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions green. Serve with fried rice.
