  1. Firstly cut the Paneer into cubes, mix with corn flour, Maida, veg broth powder and some water.

    Then in a large kadai heat oil, fry the Paneer and keep it aside then saute garlic, ginger, celery and green chilli on high flame.

    Also, saute dice onion and white part of spring onion on high flame.

    Further, add capsicum and continue to saute till they slightly change color.

     Make Hunan sauce (make it with oil, ginger, garlic, chop onion and oyster sauce, chilli paste), vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and salt.

    Mix well and saute for a minute.

    Add corn flour slurry. To prepare corn flour water mix corn flour with water.

    Give a good mix until the gravy slightly thickens and turns glossy. Add fried paneer.

    Mix gently making sure the sauce has coated well uniformly.

    Finally, transfer hunan Paneer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions green.
