  1. Clean and cut the chicken and keep it aside, now blanch the spinach and make it pure and keep it aside. Take a pan add oil and add whole spices for tempering.

  2. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies saute it well add tomatoes add turmeric , cook for some time , once the masala is cooked add chicken and cook for it.

  3. Add spinach paste and cook for few minutes. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.

  4. Finish with cream and ghee. Serve with roti Naan.
