Instructions

  1. In a plate mix finely chopped ginger, garlic, green chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cheese and little bit of salt. Mix well and the stuffing is ready.

  2. Make small cuts on chicken cubes.

  3. Put 1 Teaspoon of stuffing inside that cut on the chicken. Press it inside gently with your finger.

  4. For the marination, in a mixing bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, roasted gram flour, all of the spice powder, cashew nut paste and oil. Mix well Add the stuffed chicken pieces.

  5. Mix well and keep in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

  6. Preheat the Tandoor on highest temperature. Cook them on highest temperature for 20-30 minutes.

  7. Take them out from oven and brush some melted butter.
