In a pan or Handi add water, salt, ginger, green chilies, moong dal, bay leaf mix everything together.

Pour the cooked dal in a bowl and all the toppings one by one.

Take a pan heat ghee and add dry red chilies and let it change its color. Remove and add this on the dal and serve warm.
