Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough, using a little water if required.

  2. Divide the dough into 15 equal portions and roll out each portion thinly into a 5" diameter circle, using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.

  3. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and cook each Mooli Paratha, using ¼ tsp of oil, till they turn golden brown in color from both the sides. Keep the Mooli Parathaaside to cool slightly.
