  1. To make the shirkhand hang the curds in a muslin Cloth in a cool place for approximately 3 hours until all The liquid (whey) has drained water.

  2. Mix together the hung curds, sugar, mango puree and Cardamom in a bowl and mix well using a whisk.

  3. Serve the mango shirkhand garnished with pistachio and almond.
