LORD CHONG FRUIT JELLY WITH COCONUT SAUCE

Strawberry Jelly

Pineapple Jelly

Raw Mango Jelly

Instructions

  1. Warm up the puree and sugar and add soaked gelatin and keep it aside in the molds to set.

  2. In a sauce pan cook coconut milk and condensed milk. Keep it aside for cool down.

  3. In a bowl arrange jelly and cut fruits and pour coconut sauce garnish with orange zest and fruits.
