  1. Firstly, in a large pan or kadai heat oil and roast peanut. Also, roast cashew until it turns golden brown and crunchy.

  2. Keep the fried peanuts and cashews aside.in the same oil add mustard, Urad dal, Chana dal, dried red chili.

  3. Also add ginger, chili, hing and few curry leaves. Splutter the tempering on medium flame.

  4. Add in turmeric and sauté slightly. Further, add cooked rice and salt.

  5. Mix well making sure everything is well combined. Also, add coriander and lemon juice. Mix well.

  6. Serve hot.
