  2. Layer sponge and apply sugar syrup then add lemon cream. Level it properly.

  3. Repeat the process one more time to make it 2 layer of sponge and cream

  4. Keep it in the freezer, then apply little lemon glaze on top and cut the cake into small size pastry with hot knife.
