  1. To prepare this easy dessert, bring the milk to a boil. Reduce the heat and let the milk simmer until it reduce a little. Grind the soaked rice to a coarse paste.

  2. Add a little milk to it and mix to make it little thinner. Add sugar to the remaining milk and keep boiling.

  3. Add the rice paste to the hot milk and stir continuously. Next add the cardamom powder and rose water, set in small matki chill in refrigerator for 4 hours.

  4. Serve after garnishing it with pistachio and almond.
