Instructions

  1. Firstly, in a large vessel take 3 liter milk and get to a boil. Once the milk comes to a boil add 2tbsp vinegar and mix well.

  2. Add vinegar until the milk little curdles and continue. To boil until the milk reduces.

  3. Add sugar and mix until the sugar dissolves.

  4. Further add cardamom powder and mix well.

  5. Now transfer the mixture to the tray and level up.

  6. Top with pistachio flakes and press gently.

  7. Rest 5 hours or until it sets completely cut into pieces and
