Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat butter and saute bay leaf, green chilli, and Kasuri methi. Till they aromatic. Now saute onion petals and cubed capsicum. Add turmeric and chilli powder.

  2. Add blended tomato-onion paste and mix well. In addition, add prepared kadai masala and salt. Cook till the masala paste starts to release oil. Now add water as required adjusting consistency.

  3. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Furthermore, add garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well. Finally, serve kadai paneer gravy hot with roti or Naan.
