Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil and stir-fry garlic and ginger.
Also, saute onion, white part of spring onion until they sweat.
Further add all vegetables carrot, spinach paste and beans.
Stir fry on high flame without overcooking vegetables.
Keeping the flame on high, add cooked rice.
Also add pepper, broth powder and salt.
Stir-fry by mixing well making sure rice grains won't break.
Further, add green spring onions and mix well.
