  1. Warm the heavy cream and add it to the chopped chocolate and mix slowly. Let it cool down.

  2. Layer chocolate sponge and apply sugar syrup, apply one layer of chocolate ganache.

  3. Repeat the sponge and whip cream to make it 2 layers.

  4. Keep it in the freezer. Cut it into small pastry size and then garnish.
