  1. Blend the soaked dal, 2 chilli and 1 inch ginger to a coarse paste without adding water.

  2. Add reserved dal, 2 tbsp. curry leaves, 2 tbsp. coriander, pinch hing and 1 tsp salt. Squeeze and combine them well.

  3. Furthermore, grease your hand with oil and prepare small balls, flatten the vada.

  4. And deep fry in hot oil.

  5. Also, stir occasionally till until the dal vada turns golden and crisp.

  6. Finally, serve mix dal vada hot along with masala chai.
