  1. Clean wash the spinach or palak leaves and finely chop them. Boil the toor dal and keep it aside.

  2. Now add 1 bowl of finely chopped palak leaves to the dal. Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, hing, green chilli and mix well.

  3. Simmer it in low flame. Now In a frying pan take some oil and cumin, hing, garlic turmeric, red chilli powder.

  4. Once tit is cooked add the seasoning ingredients to dal mix well.

  5. Let it cook for few minutes , remove from flame serve hot with roti and Naan.
