DAL DHANIYA KA SHORBA

  1. Boil the dal with turmeric and salt and keep it aside.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan add onion, garlic , ginger, stir it then put all the spices and cooked dal with water.

  3. Bring to boil and start cooking till the dal is mashed.

  4. Blend it and adjust the seasoning, in last lemon juice and coriander chopped.
