  1. Heat half of the butter in a pan, put garlic onion leek celery bay leaf, stir it put carrot and tomato chopped, cook it for 5 min.

  2. Put tomato juice and water, bring to boil and cook till all the vegetable is mashed.

  3. Blend and strain it, put some more water and cook it, adjust it seasoning finish with butter and cream.
