  1. Warm the heavy cream and add it the chopped chocolate and mix slowly. Let it cool down. After cool down fold with whipped cream and keep the chocolate cream aside.

  2. Layer chocolate sponge and apply sugar syrup, layer one layer of chocolate cream.

  3. Repeat the sponge and whip cream to make it 2 layers.

  4. Keep it in the freezer, then apply melted ganache on top of the cake. Cut it into small pastry size and then garnish.
