  1. Firstly, in a small bowl take corn flour, Maida, salt, pepper and broth powder. Sprinkle some water, then fry the Paneer till light color and crisp. Keep aside

    In a large kadai heat 2 tbsp. oil and saute 2 clove garlic, 1 chilli and white part of spring onion.

    Also, saute ½ onion and ½ capsicum on high flame for a minute.

    Further add 1 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp. tomato sauce, 2 tbsp. vinegar and 2 tbsp. soy sauce.

    Now add red chilli paste, pepper powder, salt, and sugar and stir fry.

    Prepare the corn flour slurry by mixing 1 tsp corn flour in 2 tbsp. water.

    Pour the corn flour slurry into the wok and mix continuously.

    Stir fry until the sauce turns glossy and thickens.

    Add fried Paneer, green spring onion and fried garlic. Mix well.
