750 grams 1. Flour [maida]
250 grams 2. Whole wheat flour
20 grams 3. Yeast
30 grams 4. Sugar
20 grams 5. Salt
10 grams 6. Bread Improver
500 milliliters 7. Water

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients and form a nice stretchable dough.
Divide the dough in small equal portions of bread rolls, and keep it for proving for at least 40 minutes.
Bake the rolls at 240 degrees centigrade for 17 minutes.
