BAN GAN COCONUT CREAM CARAMEL

  1. Take sugar and water in a sauce pan for caramel. Cook till sugar reaches caramel. Pour in the ramekin molds and allow it to cool down.

  2. Mix together milk, coconut milk, brown sugar, egg and vanilla essence.

  3. Pass through fine sieve to remove lumps.

  4. Pour into the set ramekin molds. Bake it in the preheated oven with a double boiler method. Temperature 1600C for 35 to 40 minutes.

  5. Keep it in the refrigerate for cool down. Demold it and place it in the plate and garnish with freshly cut fruits.
