Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl mix sugar and water till sugar dissolved.

  2. Then slowly add oil, milk and vanilla essence one by one and mix properly.

  3. Sieve all the dry ingredients together and fold into the liquid mix. Mix slowly and properly.

  4. Allow the batter for rest in refrigerator for at least 2 hours and then fill into the muffin molds and bake at 1800C for around 12 to 15 minutes.
