Mix all the ingredients together until it forms into a nice stretchable dough.

Once the dough is ready keep it in a nice and clean sheet pan and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

Take out the dough and sheet it on size 5

Apply the butter on three forth side of the dough and fold.

Then sheet the dough on size 5 and fold the dough in the same way.

Then for the final time sheet the dough on size 4 and fold it in a book form, and refrigerate again for 30 minutes.

After refrigeration use the dough to make medium size Danish and put it for proving for 40 minutes.

After proving bake the Danish on 220 degree centigrade for 12 minutes.
