  1. Mix all the ingredients together until it forms into a nice stretchable dough.

  2. Once the dough is ready keep it in a nice and clean sheet pan and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

  3. Take out the dough and sheet it on size 5

  4. Apply the butter on three forth side of the dough and fold.

  6. Then for the final time sheet the dough on size 4 and fold it in a book form, and refrigerate again for 30 minutes.

  7. After refrigeration use the dough to make medium size croissant and put it for proving for 40 minutes.
