Mix Besan and milk together to create crumble texture.

Cooked the Besan with ghee until little golden brown.

Make a sugar syrup pour into the besan mixture.

Cook the besan mixture until it become thick.

Take out the mixture pour into the tray make a thick sheet.

After cool down put the almond flakes and pistachio flakes
Then cut into squire piece.
