CHEESE CAKE (EGGLESS)

  1. Cream the cream cheese and then slowly add amul cream and condensed milk.

  2. Then add cornstarch. Make sure there is no lumps in the cheese cake batter

  3. In a cake ring set one layer or graham cracker and butter mix. Bake and keep aside for cool down.

  4. Once cool down pour the cheese cake batter and bake it in the oven in a double boiler method at 150*C for 35 to 40 minutes.

  5. Once bake cool down in a freezer and cut it into pastry size with hot knife.
