  1. Whip cream and then add passionfruit puree.

  2. Layer sponge and apply sugar syrup then add passionfruit cream. Level it properly.

  3. Repeat the process one more time to make it 2 layer of sponge and cream

  4. Keep it in the freezer, then apply little passionfruit glaze on top and cut the cake into small size pastry with hot knife.
