CAPPACCHINO CARAMEL TRUFFLE

  1. Warm the heavy cream and add chopped chocolates, allow it to melt and mix properly and slowly. Once ganache is ready keep it aside to cool down.

  2. Prepare caramel sauce with sugar, heavy cream and butter. Cool it down. Once cool down add whipped cream. Keep it aside.

  3. Layer vanilla sponge and apply coffee syrup properly. Apply chocolate ganache spread evenly, then again one more layer of sponge, coffee syrup then caramel cream. Spread evenly.

  4. Keep it in the freezer. Once set apply thin layer of ganache on top and cut it into small pastry with warm knife.
